A mug..that tells you to PAUSE and BREATHE..could actually lighten up your day as you drink your morning coffee. A t-shirt that tells you to keep going and not give up..might actually make you feel better when you’re sad! I had this t-shirt once which said – “I smile because I have no idea what’s going on!” Of course this t-shirt made me smile and chill out a lot more. :)

When I wake up in the morning, I am sometimes pretty tensed. Getting ready for work - stress at work - family issues...A lot of things weigh on my mind. At that moment, as I am about to sip my morning coffee - what if I saw written on the mug: 'Don't Forget to Breathe'? I would pause for a moment. I'd take a deep breath and smile. For an instant, I would be reassured about handling it all. :) Well, here's the mug.
